(CDS) Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supplying digital displays to the agreed-upon locations. CDS will update and maintain equipment to meet company standards. We are responsible for all uploads and proofs for customers. Billing and payments to the Chamber will occur on the 5th of each month, based on collections received.
Chamber Responsibilities:
Chamber responsibilities will include selling and maintaining consistent advertising on all screens. Customers hosting the screens will be allowed up to two free ads on the hosted machine. Exclusives must be approved by both the Chamber and CDS. We recommend selling exclusives for an additional charge, which can be determined based on the advertiser's commitment to the number of displays.

Contract Terms:
All contracts are scheduled for 4, 7, or 13 periods only. Each agreement includes a one-time administrative fee of $199. Each advertisement is a 6-second static ad. Customers can change their ad once per period at no additional charge. Additional changes will incur a fee of $35 each. Credit card information must be provided with the agreement. Please note: credit card payments are subject to a 3.5% convenience fee.
