We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Direct Sales & Business Development Representative to spearhead the expansion of these advertising platforms in Nashville, Tennessee. This is a commission-based opportunity with significant earning potential for individuals with strong sales skills and local business connections.

 

Job Summary​

 

As a Direct Sales & Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, securing advertising partnerships, and expanding the reach of Create Digital Success Display Advertising in Nashville. This role is ideal for an ambitious, independent professional with experience in advertising sales, marketing, or local business development.

 

This is a commission-only position offering high earning potential for top performers.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect & Outreach – Identify and connect with local businesses, including restaurants, attractions, retail stores, real estate agencies, and service providers.

  • Sales Presentations – Effectively pitch Create Digital Success Advertising as high-visibility marketing solutions for local businesses.

  • Business Development – Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, tourism professionals, and property managers.

  • Contract Negotiation – Close deals with clients and secure multi-month advertising agreements.

  • Market Expansion – Develop strategies to grow our advertising presence in Nashville.

  • Client Management – Provide excellent service and ongoing support to advertising partners to ensure satisfaction and renewal of ad placements.
